I've been using chicago vacation package for a while and never had a problem. I wouldn't think of going back to a 'brick and mortar' store again except maybe in an emergency.

I'll begin with the pros and cons. First the pricing, I recieved 10% off my purchase, which was better than my usual chicago vacation package source. I did have some problems with the shipping, but everything was quickly fixed through email.
